To create a new style for the latest On-Call firefighter recruitment drive.
We brought a fresh approach to an assortment of collateral, to capture attention and create multiple touchpoints.
We designed a series of A4 and A3 posters, to be put up in towns and villages, along with A6 double-sided postcards for door drops.
Rather than deter people who might think themselves unsuitable, copy was inclusive, simply concentrating on the message that as long as you live or work within five minutes of the local station, Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue would like to hear from you.
We also designed posters to advertise specific recruitment evenings and large outdoor banners to be hung up outside fire stations. Web banners were placed on the homepage to easily direct people to the On-Call Recruitment landing page.
